Centumbrie organic flours are born from the milling of our grains grown according to organic farming methods.
Our grinding is slow and at a low temperature made by granite wheels in order to get a reduced effect of stress on the grains, in this way we obtain flours of better organoleptic and nutritional quality.
Our flours are stone-ground in purity and they are free of added additives (milk and derivatives, vitamins, preservatives, malt, etc.)
