Delivery Info 


Air-flown items, such as mozzarella or seafood, arrive at Hong Kong from Europe twice a week; as soon as we receive your order we contact you with the exact delivery time.

Please feel free to write or call us to check the delivery time before your order.

No delivery services will be provided during public holidays and days with typhoon no.8


Customer Payment Policies


You can choose to pay either with Credit Card or PayPal. 


Credit Card:  The total will be charged to your card when the order is confirmed. Your card will be charged in HKD.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. 
Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website

Return Policies


If you are not happy with the products you received, please let us know


You can request to return one or more items by contacting us within 1 day of the delivery date.

We do reserve the right to refuse returns but we always try to do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied. Once the refund is approved, you can choose to have your money directly deposited in your bank account or in your paypall account within a week.
