Iranian masters have combined their knowledge of working the precious eggs using low salt method with the Chinese farming technique in the clear and pristine waters of Lake Qiandao.
Kaluga Amur Caviar comes from a combination of Shrenkii Sturgeon, from the Amur River, and the Huso Dauricus (Beluga family). The eggs of Kaluga Amur are large and crispy with a diameter of over 3 mm. The characteristic light green shades of color promises a creamy taste and a long persistence in the mouth.
