Sun Dried Tomatoes are a classic in Italian cooking. Harvested between July and September, the carefully selected tomatoes are washed, sliced, salted and set out to dry in the sun.


They are then washed in vinegar, packed into jars, covered with extra-virgin olive oil, and lightly flavored with oregano.


Delicious in tomato sauces, salads and pasta.
