  • The Barlotti farming business was established in the early 1900s, and is one of the oldest in the Sele River plain at Paestum. This particularly fertile land and mild climate provides a natural grazing habitat for buffalo, whose precious milk is used to produce the Buffalo Mozzarella, typical of region of Campania. Other specialties not to be missed include the buffalo ricotta and buffalo butter.
